Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business rules and procedures

  • must obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
  • capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality sector
  • strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation laws
  • problem-solving and organizational skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • licensed to operate a vehicle

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage single or multi-unit restaurant operations
