Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and team-building abilities
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Passion for hospitality and craft beer

  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Driving sales and ensuring profitability
  • Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that's consistent with our standards
  • Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer
  • Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Writing schedules and managing labor
  • Handling inventory and ordering
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Bar managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
