Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 6 years mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 4 years mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and operational costs efficiently
- Proficiency in performance management and associate development
- Capable of building customer relationships and leading sales initiatives
- Experience with revenue management and profitability analysis
- Knowledge of human resource policies and employment laws
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in managing hotel or extended stay property operations
- Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze operational data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs
- Competency in human resource management and associate development
Job Duties
- Manage general property performance including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, and operations
- Develop and implement property-wide strategies in line with brand initiatives
- Lead and support associate development and training programs
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Manage property budgets, labor costs, and profitability goals
- Oversee capital improvement projects and property maintenance
- Collaborate with sales and revenue management teams to drive occupancy and revenue
- Prepare and present financial and performance reports to owners and brand leadership
- Conduct performance reviews and human resource activities
- Ensure compliance with service standards, quality audits, and brand service strategy
