Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 6 years mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
  • 4 years mixed management experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational costs efficiently
  • Proficiency in performance management and associate development
  • Capable of building customer relationships and leading sales initiatives
  • Experience with revenue management and profitability analysis
  • Knowledge of human resource policies and employment laws

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage general property performance including guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, and operations
  • Develop and implement property-wide strategies in line with brand initiatives
  • Lead and support associate development and training programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Manage property budgets, labor costs, and profitability goals
  • Oversee capital improvement projects and property maintenance
  • Collaborate with sales and revenue management teams to drive occupancy and revenue
  • Prepare and present financial and performance reports to owners and brand leadership
  • Conduct performance reviews and human resource activities
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, quality audits, and brand service strategy
