Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business, sales, food and beverage management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- minimum 4 years of sales experience with at least 2-3 years in food and beverage operations
- knowledge of catering operations preferably in a stadium or high volume setting
- demonstrated financial acumen with experience generating revenue growth
- strong people skills with kind demeanor
- proven sales and leadership success
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- experience with BEO software such as Caterease preferred
- reside near or willing to relocate to Miami, FL
- excellent listening and communication skills
- reputable time management
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- high attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
- 4+ years sales experience including food and beverage operations role
- knowledge of catering operations in stadium or high volume venues
- financial acumen and revenue growth track record
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with BEO software preferred

Job Duties
- oversee sales and manage operational duties to ensure flawless event execution
- act as liaison between Proof of the Pudding and hospitality clients
- meet venue financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
- communicate financial statements, P&L reports, and other documents to corporate
- manage and develop leadership and hourly staff including mentorship
- create banquet event orders and share with clients and internal teams
- secure financial deposits, prepare client contracts and estimates, and communicate policies
- ensure timely collection of financial deposits and commitments
- confirm final guest guarantees with clients and communicate changes
- provide timely responses and develop professional long-term client relationships
- deliver high quality customer service at all times
- support event planning and preparation based on attendance
- attend events to connect with clients and coordinate internal departments
- organize billing and final invoices including tracking added services and guest overages
- set standards for staff including uniform expectations, customer service policies, and workplace culture
- manage ordering and logistics
- lead the event team by example and develop employees
- support coordination and execution of special events
- perform other related duties as needed
