Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
Must have excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills required
Highly motivated and organized individual
Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Ability to take direction from higher-level positions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
Must be able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
Must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
If delivering catering orders, must have an operable personal cell phone and use it to track order departures and completion per safety procedures

Job Duties

Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
Manage food and labor costs
