Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
- Must have excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Highly motivated and organized individual
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to take direction from higher-level positions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
- Must be able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- Must be able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
- If delivering catering orders, must have an operable personal cell phone and use it to track order departures and completion per safety procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
- Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor costs
