Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 5+ years experience in a QSR environment
- Have 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrate excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Exhibit effective verbal and written communication
- Be highly motivated and organized
- Display integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to take direction from superiors
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Able to lift equipment and product cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
- Able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- Able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
- Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
- Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Manage employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
- Focus efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
- Responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview and selection process along with proper training
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
