Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have 5+ years experience in a QSR environment
  • Have 2+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrate excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Exhibit effective verbal and written communication
  • Be highly motivated and organized
  • Display integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to take direction from superiors
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Able to lift equipment and product cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
  • Able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • Able to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
  • Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
  • Focus efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
  • Responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview and selection process along with proper training
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
