  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10-50 lbs
  • ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • ability to operate a computer including desktop and tablet
  • compliance with federal and state labor laws
  • experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years quick service restaurant experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership position
  • excellent prioritization skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • highly motivated and organized
  • demonstration of integrity and ethical behavior
  • ability to take direction from higher level individuals
  • proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • maintain fast, accurate service
  • provide excellent customer service
  • model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints
  • train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies and procedures
  • ensure compliance with labor laws
  • monitor food inventory levels and order products
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
  • develop long term sales growth initiatives
  • manage new hire life cycle including interview and selection
  • anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
  • ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
