Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
- ability to operate a computer including desktop and tablet
- compliance with federal and state labor laws
- experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years quick service restaurant experience
- 2+ years in a leadership position
- excellent prioritization skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- effective verbal and written communication
- highly motivated and organized
- demonstration of integrity and ethical behavior
- ability to take direction from higher level individuals
- proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- maintain fast, accurate service
- provide excellent customer service
- model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints
- train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance
- maximize store sales goals versus budget
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with labor laws
- monitor food inventory levels and order products
- manage and maintain safe working conditions
- manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
- develop long term sales growth initiatives
- manage new hire life cycle including interview and selection
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
- ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
