Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years quick service restaurant experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
  • Ability to take direction from higher-level positions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10-50 lbs
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person
  • Ability to operate a computer, including desktop and tablet
  • Willingness to work in compliance with reasonable accommodation policies

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance
  • ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
  • Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
