Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years quick-service restaurant experience with 2 years leadership
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and organized
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to take direction from higher-level positions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift equipment and cases weighing 10-50 lbs
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
- Model restaurant hospitality by responding to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- Ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
- Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Manage food and labor costs
- Execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- Manage and maintain safe working conditions
- Manage employees to encourage growth with the company and reduce turnover
- Focus on developing long-term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales
- Handle the new hire lifecycle including interview, selection, and training
- Anticipate and identify problems, initiating appropriate corrective action
- Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
