Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to follow company policies and standards strictly

- Clean motor vehicle record

- Ability to operate store equipment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Job Duties
- Manage store operations including cost controls and inventory management
- Ensure cash control and accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
- Staff the store and complete all necessary paperwork
- Implement marketing strategies and maximize store profitability
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures
- Foster a positive work environment and lead the team effectively
