Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and standards strictly

  • Manage store operations including cost controls and inventory management
  • Ensure cash control and accurate cash handling procedures
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
  • Staff the store and complete all necessary paperwork
  • Implement marketing strategies and maximize store profitability
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead the team effectively
