Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree as specified
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant managerial experience in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated progressive career growth with excellence in performance
- Proven experience in property leadership and brand standards compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strategic mindset in business operations and revenue generation
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years relevant experience
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years relevant experience
- Proven leadership in hotel management including operations, sales and marketing, and finance
- Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans
- Strong skills in managing employee relations and talent development
- Knowledge of revenue management practices and local market dynamics
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated capability to build relationships with property owners and community leaders
Job Duties
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Lead and hold the property leadership team accountable for achieving business plans
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to pursue new business and revenue opportunities
- Manage talent development, creating cohesive and high-performing teams
- Serve as a passionate brand ambassador ensuring brand standards and guest experience excellence
- Analyze business information to adapt to market conditions and optimize financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, local community, and customers
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, operational, and brand standards
- Oversee employee and labor relations fostering open communication and engagement
- Coordinate revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and market positioning
