Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 7 years of experience in hotel management with progressive responsibilities
  • proven experience managing multi-department hotel operations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to high standards of service and hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • extensive leadership experience with 7-10 years of progressive hotel management experience
  • prior experience as a general manager or senior hotel executive
  • proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics and manage budgets
  • ability to lead with integrity and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations
  • ensure alignment with brand standards, company goals, and financial targets
  • lead and inspire department leaders across rooms, food & beverage, sales, engineering, and finance
  • champion a culture of service excellence to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls
  • recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse leadership team
  • partner with ownership, corporate leadership, and brand representatives to execute strategic initiatives
  • ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards
  • represent the hotel in the local community to build partnerships and enhance market presence
