Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 7 years of experience in hotel management with progressive responsibilities
- proven experience managing multi-department hotel operations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to high standards of service and hospitality
Job Qualifications
- extensive leadership experience with 7-10 years of progressive hotel management experience
- prior experience as a general manager or senior hotel executive
- proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- strong business acumen with ability to analyze performance metrics and manage budgets
- ability to lead with integrity and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations
- ensure alignment with brand standards, company goals, and financial targets
- lead and inspire department leaders across rooms, food & beverage, sales, engineering, and finance
- champion a culture of service excellence to deliver memorable guest experiences
- oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls
- recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse leadership team
- partner with ownership, corporate leadership, and brand representatives to execute strategic initiatives
- ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards
- represent the hotel in the local community to build partnerships and enhance market presence
