Job Requirements
- Has five years of hospitality industry experience
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- ability to obtain a Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
- ability to analyze financial statements and modify operations to meet financial goals
- must have superior organizational and follow up skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- strong computer skills including ms word, excel, power point and outlook
- dedication to hospitality industry
- strong leadership and guest service skills

Job Duties

- assists with recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and retention
- evaluate and develop processes to maintain and improve performance and productivity
- assists in maintaining standards of health, safety and sanitation
- directly responsible for the coaching and development of venue chefs and managers

- defines employee standards of conduct and ensures employee compliance
- manage day-to-day operations, including floor management, staff management and guest experience
- assists with the development and implementation of annual budgets, operating plans, policies and procedures, productivity, team engagement, and responsible for progress and completion
- administrative responsibilities including p and l analysis, maintaining budgets, costs of goods, labor costs, expenses, overtime, inventory and customer feedback
