Job Requirements

  • Has five years of hospitality industry experience
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • ability to obtain a Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card and Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • ability to analyze financial statements and modify operations to meet financial goals
  • must have superior organizational and follow up skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • strong computer skills including ms word, excel, power point and outlook

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • defines employee standards of conduct and ensures employee compliance
  • manage day-to-day operations, including floor management, staff management and guest experience
  • assists with the development and implementation of annual budgets, operating plans, policies and procedures, productivity, team engagement, and responsible for progress and completion
  • administrative responsibilities including p and l analysis, maintaining budgets, costs of goods, labor costs, expenses, overtime, inventory and customer feedback
