  • Requires three years of restaurant management experience with positive financial results
  • ServSafe certification is required
  • Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required

Job Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, product quality, and store cleanliness
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Drive initiatives to increase average ticket size, customer traffic, and revenue
  • Manage scheduling and budgeting in line with forecasts
  • Recruit, train, and develop managers and team members
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores
  • Execute local promotions and grassroots campaigns
  • Engage with local businesses and charities to expand customer base and brand awareness
