Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, product quality, and store cleanliness
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Drive initiatives to increase average ticket size, customer traffic, and revenue
- Manage scheduling and budgeting in line with forecasts
- Recruit, train, and develop managers and team members
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores
- Execute local promotions and grassroots campaigns
- Engage with local businesses and charities to expand customer base and brand awareness
