Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Previous general management experience in ultra-luxury fine-dining preferred
- Experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
Job Qualifications

- Ability to coach, lead and develop service teams
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Owns and leads daily restaurant operations and labor productivity
- Manages scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards
- Develops and executes marketing strategies for profitability
- Responsible for restaurant policies, procedures, pricing, training, and menus
- Maintains health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manages human resources including teamwork, employee feedback, hiring and training
- Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and addresses complaints
- Collaborates with Executive Chef to ensure seamless service
- Maintains excellent knowledge of food and beverage products and kitchen equipment
