Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Previous general management experience in ultra-luxury fine-dining preferred
  • Experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreement preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
  • Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to coach, lead and develop service teams
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Owns and leads daily restaurant operations and labor productivity
  • Manages scheduling, inventory control, and guest service standards
  • Develops and executes marketing strategies for profitability
  • Responsible for restaurant policies, procedures, pricing, training, and menus
  • Maintains health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Manages human resources including teamwork, employee feedback, hiring and training
  • Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and addresses complaints
  • Collaborates with Executive Chef to ensure seamless service
  • Maintains excellent knowledge of food and beverage products and kitchen equipment
