Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel management preferred
- Ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently
- Good vision including close, distance, and color vision
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to perform banking and closing duties
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills in a hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ability to coach and support staff effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management and restaurant logistics
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
- Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef
- Maintain a very clean work environment
- Monitor day-to-day events of the restaurant
- Record all deliveries and any errors
- Coach and support new and existing staff members
- Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
- Weekly trip to the bank
- Oversee reservations and collaborate with Assistant Manager to ensure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
- Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
- Enforce company policies and guidelines among employees
- Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
