Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • good vision including close, distance, color vision and focus

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant or hotel management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • excellent customer service abilities
  • proficiency in inventory management
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays

  • ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
  • monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the executive chef
  • maintain a very clean work environment
  • monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
  • record all deliveries and any errors
  • coach and support new and existing staff members
  • oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
  • weekly trip to the bank
  • oversee reservations and work with assistant manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
  • maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
  • make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
  • maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
