Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle manual tasks and maintain detailed records
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
- Ability to work in a moderately noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with inventory and financial management
- Ability to coach and support staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a boutique hotel or upscale restaurant preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurant
- Monitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive Chef
- Maintain a very clean work environment
- Monitor day-to-day events of restaurant
- Record all deliveries and any errors
- Coach and support new and existing staff members
- Oversee the closing of the till and restaurant
- Weekly trip to the bank
- Oversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for
- Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheets
- Make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
