Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a general manager or assistant GM in a hospitality setting
  • Deep understanding of resort operations and team leadership
  • Strong financial skills with proven ability to manage budgets and P&L
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead all resort operations with a hands-on, guest-first approach
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive tour flow and revenue
  • Partner with on-site F&B vendor to deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences
  • Oversee payroll, staffing, and interdepartmental coordination
  • Conduct regular briefings with department heads
  • step in to support any area as needed
  • Manage property compliance with all operational SOPs and safety standards
  • Champion service excellence and handle guest feedback with professionalism
  • Lead budget creation, capital planning, and ongoing financial performance
  • Monitor and analyze P&L statements to guide strategy and ensure profitability
  • Prepare monthly reports and budgets for stakeholders and ownership
  • Promote a strong, inclusive culture among team members and uphold brand standards
  • Travel occasionally for off-site training or new business support (1-2 week assignments)
