Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old to comply with state and federal laws
  • Ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing approximately 10-50 lbs
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train and motivate employees
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
  • Model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery
  • Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
  • Ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • Maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
  • Oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • Manage food and labor costs
  • Execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • Manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • Manage employees to encourage growth with the company and reduce turnover
  • Focus efforts on developing long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth
  • Responsible for the new hire life cycle including the interview, selection process and training
  • Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
  • Ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
