Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience
  • At least 3-5 years of management experience in high-end hospitality or brand/experience center operations
  • Proven financial acumen managing operating expenses and ROI analysis
  • Exceptional communication and operational planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills with CRM competence
  • Passion for luxury, design, and technology
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive professional experience
  • At least 3-5 years in a management role overseeing high-end flagship or multi-site hospitality or brand/experience center
  • Proven experience managing operational expenses and conducting ROI analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven operational planning ability
  • Strong analytical skills including CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Deep passion for luxury, design, and technology products
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Job Duties

  • Lead sales acceleration by partnering with sales and marketing to position the Experience Centers as critical tools
  • Enforce direct opportunity linkage of all center visits and events in Salesforce CRM
  • Focus on converting high-value stakeholder opportunities through close collaboration
  • Translate strategic vision into operational plans and execute regional strategies for center performance
  • Cultivate relationships within the local specification community to maximize activation
  • Manage operational expenses and drive ROI for resource allocation
  • Develop and present performance reports analyzing market trends, sales influence, and brand health
  • Implement best-in-class guest experience frameworks
  • Direct planning and execution of VIP meetings, executive presentations, and industry events
  • Oversee maintenance and strategic refresh of product demonstrations and technology
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment for seamless customer journeys
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead Experience Center supervisors and staff
  • Ensure team maintains expert product knowledge and delivers tailored narratives
