Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in high-end hospitality or brand/experience center operations
- Proven financial acumen managing operating expenses and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication and operational planning skills
- Strong analytical skills with CRM competence
- Passion for luxury, design, and technology
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive professional experience
- At least 3-5 years in a management role overseeing high-end flagship or multi-site hospitality or brand/experience center
- Proven experience managing operational expenses and conducting ROI analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven operational planning ability
- Strong analytical skills including CRM tools like Salesforce
- Deep passion for luxury, design, and technology products
- Ability to travel occasionally
Job Duties
- Lead sales acceleration by partnering with sales and marketing to position the Experience Centers as critical tools
- Enforce direct opportunity linkage of all center visits and events in Salesforce CRM
- Focus on converting high-value stakeholder opportunities through close collaboration
- Translate strategic vision into operational plans and execute regional strategies for center performance
- Cultivate relationships within the local specification community to maximize activation
- Manage operational expenses and drive ROI for resource allocation
- Develop and present performance reports analyzing market trends, sales influence, and brand health
- Implement best-in-class guest experience frameworks
- Direct planning and execution of VIP meetings, executive presentations, and industry events
- Oversee maintenance and strategic refresh of product demonstrations and technology
- Ensure cross-functional alignment for seamless customer journeys
- Recruit, mentor, and lead Experience Center supervisors and staff
- Ensure team maintains expert product knowledge and delivers tailored narratives
