Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Financial acumen in budgeting and cost control
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and POS
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability for shift work including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front and back-of-house management
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and tracking cost of goods sold
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere ensuring excellent guest service
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements
  • Develop and manage budgets including labor and food cost controls
  • Monitor financial records and set sales goals
  • Oversee cash handling and financial processes
  • Analyze financial performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Assist in marketing initiatives including promotions and events
  • Establish relationships with local vendors and organizations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with The Sanctuary management to align operations with resort goals
  • Ensure restaurant, pool, and beach operations align with brand standards
