Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of two years experience in restaurant management or equivalent
- Be at least 21 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Be able to work approximately 50 hours per week, including long periods of standing and physical activity
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to operate various restaurant equipment safely
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions and training materials
- Ability to legally drive a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year in a full service restaurant
- At least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building
- Strong management, team building, and communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements
- Dependable and able to work a 50 hour workweek under pressure
- Valid driver’s license with driving record within company guidelines
- Minimum two years restaurant or retail management experience for internal candidates
- Recommendation from current manager and interview by District Manager for internal candidates
Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals according to the Customer Service Standards
- Prepare and ensure all crew members produce consistent, high quality products as described in training materials
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and proper crew member image
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate crew members
- Develop a productive team through communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills to maintain low employee turnover
- Ensure a safe, secure, and harassment-free work environment in compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities as directed
- Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately
- Maintain restaurant equipment and ensure timely opening and closing
- Manage financial responsibilities with integrity to achieve cost control goals
- Implement marketing events and promotions to increase sales
- Follow all opening and closing procedures and notify District Managers of any unexpected occurrences
