Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstration of leadership skills
- English language proficiency
- Proficient math skills
- Completed or willing to complete management certifications
- Completion or willingness to complete anti-harassment training
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders for inspection
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day

Job Duties
- Directs efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery within 30 seconds or less
- Provides production direction and coaching to crew for effective operations
- Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in operations to improve customer service
- Mobilizes store management team to oversee financial controls, operations, and employee development
- Motivates crew and assistant managers to exceed customer expectations with food and service
- Supervises and trains crew members and assistant managers on station operations and policies
- Manages store profit and loss including scheduling, inventory, and labor management
- Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and security policies across all shifts
- Maintains store cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Reports and acts on safety, sanitation or security violations
- Coaches team to optimize sales and increase customer traffic
- Promotes teamwork and employee retention strategies
