Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of management experience
- boating and/or marine related experience
- ability to swim
- CPR/First Aid certification
- computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to move on foot frequently
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to stand for entire workday
- ability to withstand temperature extremes and outdoor weather
- reading and writing work-related documents in English
- speech recognition and clarity in English
- physical presence at the job site essential
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and develop daily operations
- forecast and analyze sales, labor, and profit
- ensure compliance with established budget
- schedule, supervise, and participate in operational duties
- recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct management and staff
- maintain accounting records, daily reporting, and cash control
- manage P&L statement
- respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- maintain and ensure safe facility environment including maintenance of equipment, housekeeping, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee hygiene
- notify District Manager of unusual events or safety issues
- represent the company professionally
- maintain and enhance company image
- ensure maintenance of all facilities including docks and grounds
- create and implement preventive maintenance and risk management programs
- manage boat/vessel scheduling, slip leasing, and collections
- maintain awareness of safety issues and report immediately
