Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or restaurant management
- proficiency in Point of Sale systems
- ability to manage profit and loss
- knowledge of food safety standards
- cash handling skills
- understanding of labor laws
- strong leadership and communication skills
- passion for health and wellness
- availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership with 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience
- experience with Point of Sale systems, NCR knowledge is a plus
- skills in reviewing and presenting profit and loss statements
- food cost management skills
- labor cost management skills
- food preparation skills
- cash handling experience
- working knowledge of California labor laws
- passion for healthy food and healthy living
- flexible with schedule
- multilingual ability is a plus
Job Duties
- Build and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- operate the store ensuring compliance with Nekter brand standards
- hire, train, and coach employees
- manage daily store operations including cash handling and food safety practices
- review and manage profit and loss statements
- ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employee relations
- promote the brand through community engagement and marketing activities
