Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of management experience in the contract food service industry encompassing concessions, premium services, and catering in a sports and entertainment venue
- Experience working in a union environment, understanding and managing through a collective bargaining agreement is highly preferred
- Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar
- Prior project management experience is preferred

Job Duties
- Directly supervise unit management and oversee supervision of team members including recruitment, hiring, training, development, and promotion
- Determine and control staffing levels to maximize net returns to the client while maintaining satisfactory guest service levels
- Prepare and present operational recommendations that drive exceptional services and quality products for guests including innovative service styles and emerging technology enhancements
- Leverage data and analytics to determine operational and pricing strategies that drive shared profit growth
- Work collaboratively with all parties on technology, design, and layout of food and beverage locations
- Verify, prepare, and submit reports and monthly projections as required as well as ensure effective systems for ordering, inventory, and payroll procedures are in place
- Maintain knowledge of labor and union issues and best practices to promote positive labor relations
- Initiate capital budget to replace, repair or remodel equipment and facilities
- Project management duties as assigned
- Accountable for establishing and maintaining proper safety and sanitation procedures as well as ensuring proper repair and maintenance of food service and retail equipment
- Ensure operation follows company policies and procedures
- Develop and manage all vendor relationships
- Ability to communicate with various levels within the organization
- Ensure unit compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, PCI, OSHA, payroll, and employment and EEO guidelines
