Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- 15 years of industry experience in commercial aviation pilot training and airfield refuel operations
- Demonstrated profit and loss management experience
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and commercial aviation maintenance procedures
- Ability to travel up to 30 percent to various operational sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be able to work onsite, no teleworking option
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- 15 years industry aviation program management experience in pilot training, airfield refueling, and ISR training
- Demonstrated profit and loss accountability to C-suite executives for commercial aviation operations
- Extensive knowledge of military and commercial flight, COCO operations, fixed base operations, and maintenance
- Military and commercial aviation leadership experience with working knowledge of aviation maintenance procedures for rotary and fixed wing aircraft
- Thorough knowledge of FAA rules and regulations
- Experience in federal contract management, FAR/DFARS, profit and loss, aviation insurance, and aviation safety requirements
- Ability to support 30 percent travel to field office sites in Geneva, AL, Crestview, FL, and Temple, TX
Job Duties
- Develop operating budgets and business plans to support company objectives and executive approved plans
- Maintain profit and loss accountability including profitability and annual growth of 10 percent
- Plan, organize, and direct all business development and marketing functions coordinating with technical departments
- Serve as the primary customer contact for program and department information
- Regularly interface with customer representatives to maintain open communications and develop business opportunities
- Ensure total responsiveness to customer requirements and maintain high-quality standards
- Oversee employment, training, motivation, and discipline of assigned employees
