Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct management team including scheduling and setting expectations
  • Manage performance of the management team including evaluations and coaching
  • Plan and implement weekly, monthly and yearly financial budgets
  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure a great guest experience
  • Role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • Foster open communication between team members and management
  • Influence team member behaviors by championing change and initiatives
  • Drive business results by controlling costs using Chili's systems
  • Follow operational systems including manager timeline and line checks
  • Hire, train, retain and develop team members
  • Drive guest engagement and community relationships
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Communicate and embody Chili's culture and beliefs
