Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- high school degree or equivalent required
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in restaurant management or hospitality a plus
- must have reliable transportation with clean driving record
- minimum 1 year management experience including profit and loss management
- available to work 45 hours per week
- ability to manage workplace location change within a reasonable area
- proficiency with technology including POS software Microsoft Office products email and additional web based programs such as inventory hiring and recruiting software
- ability to stand bend scoop and regularly lift up to 40 pounds
- comfortable working occasionally in walk in coolers and freezers
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- minimum 1 year management experience including profit and loss management
- proficiency with POS software Microsoft Office email and other web based programs such as inventory hiring and recruiting software
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in restaurant management or hospitality a plus
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train coach and manage a diverse team
Job Duties
- Managing store level profit and loss including sales and financials
- maintaining operational excellence in service and leadership
- recognizing outstanding work performance and providing constructive feedback
- training coaching counseling and disciplining team members and shift managers
- ensuring all business and productivity metrics including sales budgets and staffing are met
- reviewing business practices determining customer and team needs and identifying performance opportunities to improve business
- adhering to company and brand food safety cash handling and operational policies and ensuring team compliance
- developing and maintaining positive community relations through guest services marketing community involvement and sponsorships
