Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- ability to lift 50 plus pounds
- prolonged standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand motions
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environment
- reliable transportation
- current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- food handler permit as required by local laws
- compliance with local health department standards
- ability to write and communicate in English
- ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS degree preferred
- experience coaching and developing teams in retail
- availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage financial and operational goals
Job Duties
- Manage sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct store staff
- recruit, interview, and hire store employees
- ensure adherence to uniform policy and appearance standards
- train and onboard new and existing staff
- maintain accurate inventory and financial reports
- oversee store security and equipment maintenance
- coordinate promotional and marketing activities with District Manager
- ensure compliance with federal and state safety and health regulations
