Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in retail or convenience store management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Proficient in basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Serve and support others as the main contact and brand representative for the company in every interaction
- Ensure each guest interaction area is clean, well-organized, and functioning properly
- Cultivate a culture that delights others by managing recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
- Schedule, coach, counsel, and lead weekly management meetings to align the leadership team
- Manage all vendor relations including orders, check-in, and invoice processing
- Oversee daily paperwork, financial accountability, and lottery auditing
