Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 2 or more years of relevant management experience
- Experience managing operations with $2M+ annual sales
- Experience with budgets and P&L statements
- Experience supervising and training multiple employees
- Valid driver license
- Intermediate computer skills
Job Qualifications
- 2 or more years retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience
- Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million or more
- Experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- Experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Valid driver license
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Duties
- Manage store, restaurant, and tire care operations
- Ensure teams focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Promote sales growth through merchandise execution
- Train and supervise employees
- Oversee budgeting and P&L statement analysis
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle customer feedback and adjust operations accordingly
