Job Requirements

  • Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • 2 or more years of relevant management experience
  • Experience managing operations with $2M+ annual sales
  • Experience with budgets and P&L statements
  • Experience supervising and training multiple employees
  • Valid driver license
  • Intermediate computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years retail, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management experience
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million or more
  • Experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
  • Experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
  • Valid driver license
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Manage store, restaurant, and tire care operations
  • Ensure teams focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Promote sales growth through merchandise execution
  • Train and supervise employees
  • Oversee budgeting and P&L statement analysis
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Handle customer feedback and adjust operations accordingly
