Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Solid communication skills

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for staff ensuring their proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Address center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise and maintain high team morale
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately and guests are completely satisfied
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
