Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and planning
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance and adjust plans
  • Address HR and loss prevention issues to maintain high team morale
  • Ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved appropriately
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
