Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and planning
- Train and supervise staff to ensure proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Conduct regular meetings with management team to review center performance and adjust plans
- Address HR and loss prevention issues to maintain high team morale
- Ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
