Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of related management experience
  • Experience managing full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food operations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Basic business math and accounting skills

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with the team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high team morale and address center-level HR or loss prevention issues
  • Achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
