Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related management experience
- Experience managing full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food operations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance

- 5+ years of management experience in full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Basic business math and accounting skills

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating with the team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings to review performance and adjust action plans
- Maintain high team morale and address center-level HR or loss prevention issues
- Achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
- Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
