Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • flexible availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

  • proficiency in using POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • knowledge of basic business math and accounting
  • strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • proficiency with POS register systems
  • exceptional communication skills
  • proven ability as a team player
  • experience in people development
  • customer service expertise

Job Duties

  • Generate and monitor center revenue
  • develop financial operational plans and budgets
  • review and control labor costs and expenses
  • manage day-to-day floor operations including scheduling and team communication
  • supervise and train staff members in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • conduct regular performance review meetings and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
  • maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
  • ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved
  • work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
