Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Generate and monitor center revenue
- develop financial operational plans and budgets
- review and control labor costs and expenses
- manage day-to-day floor operations including scheduling and team communication
- supervise and train staff members in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- conduct regular performance review meetings and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- maintain high team morale and address HR or loss prevention issues
- ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved
- work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
