Job Requirements

  • Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to handle customer service issues effectively
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

  • Extensive experience in restaurant management with a deep understanding of food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with company policies service standards and quality control
  • Supervise and motivate staff providing training and development opportunities to foster growth and loyalty
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage inventory ensuring the optimal use of resources and reducing waste
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness hygiene and safety standards at all times
  • Manage budgets expenses and staffing to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Conduct regular staff briefings ensuring communication and consistency across all teams
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude fostering teamwork and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and employees
