Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- two to four years of operations management experience
- successful senior living or related field work history
- experience in recruiting and managing staff
- knowledge of facilities management
- proficiency in computer systems
- compliance with motor vehicle policies
- valid driver's license
- ability to provide on-call and overnight coverage
- willingness to work various positions as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
- two to four years of experience in operations management with success in meeting financial goals in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant, or retail management
- successful work history in senior living or related fields
- demonstrated success in operating and maintaining a quality, customer service-focused workforce
- experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members
- understanding of performance management expectations
- understanding of facilities management
- proficient knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- compliance with Company's Motor Vehicle Policy
- valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Partner with the Regional Vice President in the development of sales and operations strategies and tactics
- regularly communicate community performance with Regional Vice President
- supervise and partner with Community Sales Manager to assess competitive threats and sales plans
- perform scheduled marketing and sales activities including calls, tours, and sales meetings
- implement strategies regarding labor, occupancy, expenses, and quality enhancement
- assist in developing community budgets and capital requirements including forecasting and approving expenses
- act as a liaison between field operations and Support Center
- perform regular building needs and preventative maintenance reviews
- provide on-call and overnight coverage as needed
- work in various community positions as needed
- build a high-performing team and maintain employee engagement
- interview, hire, train, schedule, develop, and manage assigned staff
- meet financial management requirements
- maintain a safe working and living environment
- conduct monthly resident and staff meetings
- develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- perform additional duties as assigned
