Job Requirements
- 5+ years managerial or supervisory experience
- 2+ years experience in supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment
- Staff management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Third Party Logistics (3PL) or Contract Logistics preferred
- P&L management experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods efficiently and accurately
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, minimize costs, and maximize productivity
- Lead and motivate Operations Managers and staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Utilize warehouse management systems, automation, and technology to track inventory and monitor performance
- Manage vendor relationships ensuring cost-effective services and supplies
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and key metrics
- Lead customer relationships maintaining daily contact to ensure satisfaction
- Manage site profit and loss (P&L) and prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR)
