Job Requirements

  • Restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work varied and rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years managing restaurant P&L with at least 5 to 7 years restaurant experience
  • Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program preferred
  • Demonstrated team management and delegation skills
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, and operational standards
  • Ability to read and comprehend operational and financial documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with restaurant management information systems

Job Duties

  • Manage opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
  • Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability
  • Interview, hire, and manage restaurant staff
  • Monitor and maintain product availability and equipment functionality
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
  • Develop and implement revenue-increasing strategies
  • Support and lead team engagement and training activities
