Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant restaurant management experience
- demonstrated P&L responsibility
- ability to work varied and rotating schedules
- leadership skills including coaching and conflict resolution
- knowledge of federal and local health and safety standards
- ability to read and interpret operational and financial reports
- must be able to communicate clearly in English
- commitment to diversity and inclusion
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of restaurant operations experience
- minimum of 3 years of P&L management experience
- knowledge of HMSHost policies and brand standards
- strong team management and delegation skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- effective communication skills
- experience with management information systems
- background in food service or culinary education preferred
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures
- ensure adequate staffing and deploy resources efficiently
- provide consistent coaching and support to staff
- handle hiring, termination, and promotion decisions
- maintain compliance with diversity and inclusion policies
- oversee product availability and equipment maintenance
- manage financial performance including budgeting and profit and loss
- assess and deliver staff training and development
- implement marketing and promotional activities
- uphold health, safety and sanitary standards
- resolve customer and employee issues effectively
- participate in audits and compliance processes
