Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years managing restaurants with overall responsibility for financial success
- overall 5-7 years restaurant experience in QSR or casual dining

- ability to communicate clearly and comprehend written documents
- experience in problem solving and multi-tasking
- leadership skills in employee engagement and training
- proficiency in management systems like MIV, Crunch Time, Kronos
- understanding of labor regulations and health and safety standards
Job Duties
- open and close the restaurant
- ensure assistant managers and staff comply with opening and closing procedures
- deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability
- assign work tasks and prepare schedules
- provide consistent support, coaching and encouragement to staff
- interview and make hiring, termination and promotion decisions
- ensure diversity and inclusion practices are executed
- onboard and offboard associates with compliance
- monitor and respond to financial and operational reports
- recognize staff contributions and implement motivation plans
- ensure current contact information for all associates
- prepare daily orders and maintain product stock levels
- oversee receiving goods and invoice processing
- maintain proficiency in management information systems
- schedule equipment maintenance and repairs
- manage company audit responses
- minimize waste and participate in food donation programs
- assess skill levels and conduct training for associates
- promote adoption of new technologies
- maintain knowledge of brand standards and agreements
- develop strategies to increase revenue
- manage day-to-day activities of associates
- resolve customer and associate issues
- provide feedback aligned with development goals
- implement marketing programs
- maintain compliance with safety standards
- hold managers and staff accountable for safety
- train associates on wellness and COVID-19 protocols
- perform all health and safety procedures as specified
- report to Director of Operations or senior leadership
