Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in a quick service or casual dining restaurant
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • familiarity with compliance and security procedures in restaurant settings

Job Qualifications

  • experience managing a QSR or casual dining restaurant with over $4 million in annual sales
  • strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • ability to analyze financial and operational performance data
  • proficiency in staff scheduling and deployment
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • knowledge and commitment to diversity and inclusion practices
  • experience in employee recruitment, training, and development

Job Duties

  • open and close the restaurant ensuring all protocols are completed
  • deploy staff and resources to maximize restaurant profitability
  • assign work tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure coverage for all shifts
  • provide coaching, support, and encouragement to restaurant staff
  • interview, hire, promote, and terminate employees as necessary
  • promote company diversity and inclusion philosophies
  • manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes including compliance with security requirements
  • monitor financial and operational data to meet business goals
  • recognize and motivate employees through company-sponsored initiatives
  • champion employee engagement behaviors
