Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing QSR or Casual Dine restaurants
  • Ability to accept P&L responsibility and deliver financial results
  • Demonstrated leadership and issue resolution abilities
  • Graduation from Food Service Management or Culinary program is desirable
  • Ability to work varied and rotating shifts including opening, peak, and closing
  • Strong commitment to safety and health standards
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years restaurant P&L management experience
  • 5 to 7 years overall restaurant experience
  • Team management and delegation skills
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies and procedures or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Open and close the restaurant to meet operational standards
  • Manage staffing and deployment to maximize profitability
  • Provide coaching and support to staff to achieve business goals
  • Oversee product availability and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Handle customer and associate issues with judgment and discretion
