Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle financial and operational reports
  • proficiency in management software systems
  • availability to work varied and rotating schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to train and mentor staff
  • commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, prior management experience in quick-service or casual dining restaurants, strong leadership and decision-making skills, proficiency with management information systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to train and develop staff, knowledge of health and safety regulations, commitment to diversity and inclusion, experience with financial management and P&L responsibility, capability to motivate and engage employees, ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Open and close the restaurant, ensure staffing and deployment maximize profitability, assign work tasks and prepare schedules, provide consistent support and coaching to staff, conduct interviews and make hiring decisions, promote diversity and inclusion, manage onboarding and compliance training, monitor financial and operational data, recognize employee performance, maintain product availability and work equipment, oversee receiving and vendor relationships, participate in audits and minimize waste, assess and train staff on job skills and technology, maintain brand standards and implement creative revenue strategies, manage day-to-day associate activities, resolve customer and associate issues, implement marketing programs, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, train staff on wellness protocols, perform health and safety reporting
