Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • documented experience managing complex QSR or casual dining restaurants
  • proven track record of financial and operational success
  • ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening, peak, and closing shifts
  • capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience
  • overall 5 to 7 years of relevant restaurant experience
  • demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of HMSHost operations, policies, and standards
  • ability to read, comprehend and communicate effectively
  • proficiency in restaurant management systems and tools
  • strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Open and close the restaurant according to company standards
  • deploy and schedule staff to maximize profitability
  • coach and support restaurant associates to achieve business goals
  • manage hiring, termination, and promotion decisions
  • ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • maintain product availability and oversee equipment maintenance
  • implement brand standards and marketing programs
  • resolve customer and associate issues
  • foster a positive work environment and recognition of staff achievements
