Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- documented experience managing complex QSR or casual dining restaurants
- proven track record of financial and operational success
- ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening, peak, and closing shifts
- capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience
- overall 5 to 7 years of relevant restaurant experience
- demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of HMSHost operations, policies, and standards
- ability to read, comprehend and communicate effectively
- proficiency in restaurant management systems and tools
- strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Open and close the restaurant according to company standards
- deploy and schedule staff to maximize profitability
- coach and support restaurant associates to achieve business goals
- manage hiring, termination, and promotion decisions
- ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- maintain product availability and oversee equipment maintenance
- implement brand standards and marketing programs
- resolve customer and associate issues
- foster a positive work environment and recognition of staff achievements
