Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire
  • Proven leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Direct the daily activities, performance, and workload of your team
  • Foster teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust
  • Reward and discipline team members, address team member complaints, and resolve problems
  • Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives for your assigned unit
  • Connect with guests and handle any complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Create, implement, and monitor company procedures to streamline operations
  • Help with the recruitment, training, and retention of all team members
  • Ensure adequate levels of various supplies
  • Stay in compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Verify equipment and building compliance with federal guidelines
