Job Requirements
- Five plus years managerial supervisory experience
- Two plus years of experience in a supply chain warehousing or distribution environment
- Staff management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Two plus years of experience in a supply chain warehousing or distribution environment
- Experience in Third Party Logistics and or Contract Logistics preferred
- Staff management
- P and L management preferred
- Project management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping goods efficiently and accurately
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes minimize costs and maximize productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers and staff providing coaching guidance and support while developing a strong team culture
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and oversee operational and personnel activities to maintain a safe clean and efficient working environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems automation and other technology to track inventory monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective services and supplies while managing the site in accordance with the commercial agreement
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance inventory levels and other key metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Lead customer relationships by maintaining close daily contact to ensure strong connections and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the site’s profit and loss which is directly influenced by customer relationships
- Prepare and present Monthly Quarterly Business Review to customer leveraging strong team collaboration
