Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant P&L management experience
- 5-7 years of overall restaurant experience
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Proficiency in operational and financial data analysis
- Ability to work varied and rotating schedules including opening and closing shifts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to train and develop staff
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant profit and loss management experience
- 5 to 7 years of overall restaurant operational experience
- Graduation from food service management or culinary program preferred
- Proven leadership abilities in team management and delegation
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies, products, and brand standards
- Ability to use restaurant management information systems and tools
- Effective communication skills for interaction with staff and customers
Job Duties
- Open and close restaurant ensuring all closing and opening checklist requirements are met
- Deploy and manage staffing schedules to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
- Coach, support and develop restaurant staff to achieve business goals
- Oversee inventory management, order preparation, and supply chain coordination
- Maintain restaurant equipment and ensure timely repairs and service
- Enforce compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Implement marketing programs and brand standards to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
